To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Mary E. Clark as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Mary E. Clark’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Mary E. Clark’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Mary E. Clark with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Clark, LLC has websites and social media platforms for viewing content and/or videos and posting comments. These social media sites include but are not limited to various blogs, forums, bulletin boards, multi-media and other user generated content sites (“Social Media Sites”). By accessing, viewing and/or posting any content on any Website or Social Media Site on the internet, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, you may not view or post any content to any Website or Social Media Site on the internet. Your use is acceptance of this Policy and has the same effect as if you had actually physically signed an agreement.

Clark, LLC reserves the right to monitor, prohibit, restrict, block, suspend, terminate, delete, or discontinue your access to any Website or Social Media Site, at any time, without notice and for any reason and in its sole discretion. Mary E. Clark, LLC may remove, delete, block, filter or restrict by any other means any materials in Mary E. Clark, LLC’s sole discretion. You understand and agree that Mary E Clark, LLC may disclose your communications and activities with Mary E.
